It is also indicating that if we eat tea like this way, then we don’t ever expect anything from the tea. So, if we want those, we should take tea without milk.”

Hiroaki Yajima, the scientist of the Kirin Beverage Company in Japan who additionally carried out the research, stated “The extracts of Black Tea may somehow prevent the obesity of diet by reducing internal lipid absorption.”
