A new guideline for the daily smokers, who usually love to smoke as soon as wake up from the bed – earlier smoking can increase the risk of suffering from lung, neck and head cancer than those smokers, who in general love to smoke later.
In order to prove why earlier smoking boosts the risk of lung, neck and head cancer Joshua Muscat, from the Penn State College of Medicine and his team mate have formed a new study, from which they have collected lots of evidence which are stating this fact.
Muscat have said “As soon as one smoke just after waking up this higher level of nicotine and tobacco toxins entered in their body and harmed a lot, because in general at that time body usually demands for fresh air to come in normal condition, so one must take their first cigarette at least 1 hour after the wake up, though cigarette smoking always bad for health.”
Penn State statement has stated “To justify the entire fact the researchers have involved more than 4,775 lung cancer patients and on the other hand they both are regular smokers also.”
But the result that has come out has stated those who usually smoke after 31 to 60 minutes from leaving the bed are living with 1.31 percent of more developing chance of lung cancer than those who usually smoke after 60 minutes after waking up from the bed. Moreover, the result have also stated those who smoked within 30 minutes after waking up from the bed are living with 1.79 percent more chance of developing lung cancer.
The other result of the study is stating that the individual who usually smokes 30 minutes after the waking up are living with 1.42 percent to increasing chance of developing neck cancer compared with those, who usually smoke after 60 minutes from leaving the bed.
